- Fluent professional English
- Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for revenue and results
- Experience in CV screening and structured shortlisting
- Experience presenting candidate evaluations to hiring managers
- Comfort and proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems or digital hiring systems
- Strong focus on efficiency and measurable recruitment outcomes
- Commercial awareness and motivation to increase placement volume
- Interest in improving processes and leveraging automation

Partnership Overview
- At Ansius, we are building a small network of independent recruiters and agency owners who already have active clients and want to scale their delivery capacity without scaling their workload.
- This is not a recruiter job for people looking to receive open positions. This is for recruiters who already bring in their own business and want a stronger operating system behind them.
- You continue running under your own brand, managing your own clients, and owning the commercial relationship. Ansius becomes the infrastructure layer that helps you screen faster, shortlist better candidates, and remove most of the operational overhead involved in recruitment.
- Our platform is designed to eliminate at least 80% of the manual work involved in candidate screening and coordination, while keeping recruiters fully in control of every hiring decision.

The Partnership Model
- No platform subscription cost for selected partners
- You keep your clients, your brand, and your existing agreements
- If Ansius helps you close a role, you'll share a portion of the placement fee, typically between 10% and 30% depending on the role and our agreement (we are flexible)

- Full autonomy over business development and hiring decisions
