- Prior experience hiring Real Estate Agents in Dubai is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and networking skills
- Ability to meet hiring targets in a fast paced environment
