Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including timely filing and reporting
- Maintain accurate payroll and expense records where required
- Ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations for real estate transactions
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audits and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Mandatory 2–3 years of accounting experience in the Dubai real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations
- Hands on experience preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and financial reports
- Mandatory knowledge of AML/KYC compliance and documentation requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
