- Generate and qualify leads through company provided and self sourced channels
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and off plan properties
- Conduct property consultations, viewings, and project presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the entire sales process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a sales focused role is preferred
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and eager to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000
