- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Negotiate offers and close real estate transactions
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, property prices, and new project launches
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's residential and off plan property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a target driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Job Description
- IND Global Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results driven Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the drive to build a successful career, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
