About the Role

- Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and VAT related documentation
- Ensure compliance with AML regulations and maintain required records
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Dubai real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and preparing P&L statements
- AML (Anti Money Laundering) experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, inhouse Accountant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Accountant will manage day to day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and preparing journal entries.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Dubai real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- AML (Anti Money Laundering) experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
