Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• **Full-Cycle Recruitment:**
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• **Talent Sourcing:**
• Utilize various channels—such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks—to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• **Stakeholder Collaboration:**
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and specific role requirements.
• **Candidate Experience:**
• Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
• **Employer Branding:**
• Act as a brand ambassador for Nationwide Middle East Properties, promoting our company culture and values to attract high-quality applicants.
• **Data & Compliance:**
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• **Onboarding:**
• Assist in the smooth transition and onboarding of new hires to ensure they are set up for success from day one.

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Experience:**
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role. (Experience within the real estate or property management sector is a strong plus).
• **Certifications:**
• Must hold a recognized HR certification such as

Phr (Professional In Human Resources)

Cipd Level 3

• , or a similar equivalent qualification.
• **Language Skills:**
• Multilingual proficiency is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Fluency in additional languages (such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin) is highly desirable to effectively communicate with our diverse market and candidate pool.
• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• **Technical Skills:**
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• **Soft Skills:**
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
• **Local Knowledge:**
• A solid understanding of the Middle East recruitment landscape and UAE labor laws is highly preferred.
