About the Role

- Capture professional quality photos and videos of real estate listings, company events, and team features
- Produce short and long form videos for social media, websites, and advertisements
- Edit and retouch photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project needs and creative direction
- Manage and maintain photography/videography equipment
- Organize digital assets and maintain a visual content library
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in real estate content, videography, and social media visuals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, preferably in real estate industry
- Proficiency with camera equipment
- Strong video editing and photo retouching skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Solid portfolio showcasing real estate shoots, promotional content, and social media videos
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling through visuals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Photography, or related field (preferred)
- UAE driving license (with car)
- Knowledge of social media content creation trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
