Job Overview

  • Nationwide Middle East Properties is one of the leading real estate agencies in Abu Dhabi.
  • We are seeking an ambitious, results oriented Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
  • The successful candidate will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively source new clients and property listings through networking, cold calling, social media, and direct marketing.
  • Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs, financial capabilities, and preferences to propose suitable solutions.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct professional property viewings.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up to date with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, property values, and new developments.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers (or landlords and tenants).
  • Documentation: Assist clients with preparation of necessary paperwork, including MOUs, tenancy contracts, and transfer documents.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, developers, and industry peers.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure properties are listed and promoted effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker, preferably in Abu Dhabi or UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate laws, regulations, and major developer projects (e.g., Aldar, Bloom, IMKAN).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.
  • High level of professionalism, strong negotiation skills, self motivated, and capable of working independently.
