- Master NWMEA’s inventory including off plan projects, secondary market luxury properties, and commercial assets
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing using CRM
- Build and maintain long term relationships with investors, offering end to end solutions
- Represent the brand at industry events, developer launches, and networking functions
- Conduct professional negotiations to achieve best outcomes for clients
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE
- Valid broker card (Abu Dhabi Municipality or RERA)
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle
- Excellent fluency in English
- In depth knowledge of UAE property laws and investment regulations
- Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French is highly advantageous

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our elite sales team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the UAE property market, capable of guiding High Net Worth Individuals through complex investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing data backed insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and market trends.
- Portfolio Management: Master NWMEA’s extensive inventory, including off plan projects, secondary market luxury properties, and commercial assets.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing. Utilize CRM to nurture leads.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long term relationships with investors, offering end to end solutions.
- Market Networking: Actively represent the brand at industry events, developer launches, and networking functions.
- Negotiation: Conduct professional negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE.
- Demonstrated history of closing significant deals and achieving consistent sales targets.
- Must hold a valid broker card (Abu Dhabi Municipality or RERA).
- In depth knowledge of UAE property laws, sales procedures, and investment regulations.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Excellent fluency in English. Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French is highly advantageous.
