Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment process including drafting job descriptions, posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks to build a pipeline of candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the interview and onboarding process
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote company culture and values
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure smooth transition
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role
- Must hold a recognized HR certification such as PHR, CIPD Level 3, or similar
- Multilingual proficiency required; excellent written and spoken English mandatory; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin) highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation abilities

Role Overview
- Seeking a proactive and detail oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top tier talent.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
