Role Overview

  • As a Real Estate Sales Advisor, you will act as the bridge between property owners and prospective buyers/tenants.
  • You will manage a portfolio of properties, identify market opportunities, and guide clients through the entire transaction process.
  • This is a Commission Based role, offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who are self driven, target oriented, and ready to hustle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Actively network and prospect to generate new leads and build a robust client database.
  • Property Management: List and market properties for sale or rent, ensuring high quality presentation and accurate details on portals.
  • Consultation: Conduct market analysis and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Viewings: Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Negotiation: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best price and terms.
  • Closing: Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with UAE real estate laws.
  • Customer Service: Maintain long term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • For All Candidates: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a distinct advantage).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to earn high commissions.
  • A valid UAE Driving License and own car are highly preferred.
  • Ability to use CRM software and listing portals effectively.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • For Experienced Candidates: Proven track record of successful sales or leasing in the UAE real estate market.
  • Existing network of clients or investors.
  • Deep knowledge of specific communities (e.g., Yas Island, Saadiyat, Reem Island, Dubai Marina).
  • For Freshers: A strong passion for sales and a willingness to learn.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a 'never give up' attitude.
  • Background in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
