Role Description

  • The System Analyst role at CVSAIR HVAC SYSTEMS is a full time, on site position based in Doha, Qatar.
  • The System Analyst will examine existing information systems and ventilation related software solutions, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Analyzing workflows, documenting system processes, supporting system configuration and implementation.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Diagnosing system issues, coordinating with IT and engineering teams to resolve problems.
  • Ensuring that systems align with business goals and industry standards.
  • Supporting user training, producing reports and dashboards.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in HVAC and ventilation projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills.
  • Solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities.
  • Information Technology knowledge, including experience with enterprise systems, databases, and integration.
  • Relevant experience in HVAC, building services, or industrial systems environments is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management practices, system testing, and user training is an advantage.
