- Skills in link building and outreach to develop high quality, relevant backlinks
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) for tracking, reporting, and optimizing SEO performance
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO concepts (site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexation, sitemaps)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including collaboration with cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full time, remote role responsible for improving the online visibility and organic search performance of CVSAIR HVAC SYSTEMS.
- Day to day activities include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, optimizing on page elements, and monitoring web analytics to evaluate and refine SEO strategies.
- The specialist will manage and execute link building initiatives, collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented, and stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
- This role also involves preparing performance reports, identifying opportunities for growth, and recommending technical and content related improvements to enhance search rankings and user experience.
