Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC and ventilation engineering, including system design, airflow calculations, and equipment selection
- Experience with mechanical engineering principles and building services, preferably on large scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and international standards related to ventilation, safety, and energy efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with relevant engineering tools and software (e.g., CAD applications, calculation tools, and basic simulation or modeling programs)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project teams, clients, and suppliers in a multicultural environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline

Role Description
- This is a full time Engineer role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home flexibility.
- The Engineer will support the design, selection, and optimization of HVAC and ventilation systems across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety, performance, and energy efficiency standards.
- Day to day responsibilities include reviewing project specifications and drawings, performing calculations, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with project managers, sales teams, and clients to deliver accurate engineering solutions.
- The Engineer will participate in site visits, assist in commissioning and troubleshooting activities, and provide technical input on product applications such as jet fans, smoke exhaust systems, and other specialized ventilation equipment.
- The role also involves continuous collaboration with cross functional teams to improve processes, support bids and proposals, and maintain alignment with international standards and company certifications.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC and ventilation engineering, including system design, airflow calculations, and equipment selection.
- Experience with mechanical engineering principles and building services, preferably on large scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and international standards related to ventilation, safety, and energy efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system performance and recommend practical improvements.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering tools and software (e.g., CAD applications, calculation tools, and basic simulation or modeling programs).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project teams, clients, and suppliers in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline; professional certifications in HVAC or building services are an advantage.
