Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems
- Knowledge of plumbing related to HVAC installations
- Experience with preventive maintenance practices for heating and air conditioning equipment
- Understanding of EPA regulations and compliance related to refrigerants
- Solid grasp of electricity, including reading wiring diagrams
- Previous experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training in HVAC or related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Role Description
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose system issues, perform troubleshooting and adjustments.
- Complete preventive maintenance and document all work performed.
- Collaborate with project teams and respond to service requests.
- Advise customers on proper system use and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
