Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and energy efficient operation.
- Experience with plumbing or mechanical systems that interface with HVAC equipment.
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus.
- Background in technical sales or solution based selling related to HVAC or building services.
- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate remote teams or contractors, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations in HVAC and ventilation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Proficiency with digital tools and remote collaboration.
