Role Overview
Oversee planning and execution of swimming pool construction across assigned UAE real estate development projects.
Ensure works meet approved designs, specifications, quality standards, authority requirements, and project timelines.
The role covers pool structural works, filtration and circulation systems, waterproofing, and pool MEP installations.
Responsibilities
- Manage civil, structural, waterproofing, tiling, filtration, and mechanical and electrical pool works.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications and coordinate with civil, MEP, architectural, and landscape teams.
- Monitor subcontractors and vendors against quality, safety, and program requirements.
- Track work programs, manpower plans, and material procurement schedules.
- Inspect waterproofing, tiling, and mechanical installations against approved shop drawings.
