We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler – Irrigation to develop accurate 3D BIM models for irrigation systems on UAE-based landscape and infrastructure projects.

The role requires strong technical modeling skills combined with a solid understanding of irrigation design principles, UAE utility standards, and coordination with landscape, civil, and MEP disciplines.

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for irrigation networks, including pipework, valves, sprinklers, drip lines, controllers, and pump stations, using Revit/Civil 3D or equivalent BIM software.
• Translate 2D irrigation design drawings and hydraulic calculations into coordinated 3D models.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination with landscape, civil, MEP, and utility models using Navisworks.
• Produce and maintain irrigation shop drawings, sections, and details in line with project BIM execution plans (BEP).
