- Develop, build, and maintain long term relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals
- Follow up on leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits of Medtronic products and/or services
- Promote and establish education about the company's products and/or services
- Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities
- Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as necessary
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in medical devices or healthcare
- Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Market research and competitor analysis skills
