- Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop, build, and maintain long term relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals.
- Follow up on leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic products and/or services.
- Promote and establish education about the company's products and/or services.
- Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as necessary.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or related healthcare field
- Based in Abha, with prior experience in the Southern Region and solid exposure to Ministry of Health, public, and private sector accounts
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or related industry, preferably in surgical sales, operating room environments, or general surgery specialties
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel

Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing, building, and maintaining long term relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals

Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field
- Based in Abha, with prior experience in the Southern Region and solid exposure to Ministry of Health, public, and private sector accounts
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, preferably in surgical sales, operating room environments, or general surgery specialties
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage assigned projects while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired results
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast paced clinical environment
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
