About The Role
The Supply Planner plays a key role in ensuring optimal product availability by translating demand forecasts into actionable supply plans.
You will act as a critical link between Demand Planning, Production, Warehousing, Logistics, and Suppliers — supporting S&OE and S&OP processes while minimizing cost, waste, and disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Align demand forecasts with supply plans in collaboration with Demand Planning
- Create and track purchase orders in SAP (APO/ECC)
- Ensure product availability across DCs by managing stock levels and replenishment
- Monitor slow-moving and near-expiry inventory to reduce waste
- Participate in S&OE and S&OP meetings and highlight supply risks
- Track supply KPIs such as DIFOT, stock availability, and coverage days
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives
Qualifications And Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Experience with SAP APO / ECC or similar ERP systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
