About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for frontline positions, including interview scheduling, candidate shortlisting, and coordination
- Liaise with PROs for timely processing of visas and work permits
- Ensure accurate updating and maintenance of employee information in the HR information system
- Address disciplinary matters as needed, ensuring policies are applied fairly and consistently
- Handle all aspects of the employee exit process, including resignations and terminations
- Oversee the planning and execution of the annual employee satisfaction survey
- Administer company life and health insurance programs, collaborating with brokers and service providers
- Plan and manage the yearly calendar of employee engagement initiatives and events
- Oversee employee housing and depot office standards to ensure alignment with Arla’s policies
- Facilitate and conduct training sessions on various HR related topics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Experience with HR operations including payroll inputs, leave administration, employee records, and insurance processes
- Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of HR systems and HR reporting
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license

What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Experience with HR operations, including payroll inputs, leave administration, employee records, and insurance processes.
- Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve workplace issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of HR systems and HR reporting, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership, drive results, and contribute innovative ideas.
- Valid UAE driving license.
