How Would You Make An Impact

  • Manage the recruitment process for frontline positions, including interview scheduling, candidate shortlisting, and coordination.
  • Liaise with PROs for timely processing of visas and work permits.
  • Ensure accurate updating and maintenance of employee information in the HR information system.
  • Address disciplinary matters as needed, ensuring policies are applied fairly and consistently.
  • Handle all aspects of the employee exit process, including resignations and terminations.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the annual employee satisfaction survey.
  • Administer company life and health insurance programs, collaborating with brokers and service providers for optimal coverage.
  • Plan and manage the yearly calendar of employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Oversee employee housing and depot office standards to ensure alignment with Arla’s policies and quality expectations.
  • Facilitate and conduct training sessions on various HR related topics to enhance employee knowledge and development.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Experience with HR operations, including payroll inputs, leave administration, employee records, and insurance processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve workplace issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and HR reporting, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership, drive results, and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
