- Translate consumer insights into actionable media plans that optimize the end to end journey.
- Design connected experiences across paid, owned, and influencer channels.
- Leverage strong media agency background to drive best in class planning, optimization, and platform partnerships.
- Drive continuous optimization through data, testing, and emerging trends.
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer behaviour to deliver data driven recommendations.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment across media, creative, content, and e commerce.
- Apply deep understanding of MENA consumer behaviour (especially KSA & UAE) to shape effective strategies.
- Lead influencer integration across the funnel, ensuring clear roles and measurable impact.
- Utilize social listening to generate insights, optimize campaigns, and monitor brand sentiment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital planning and consumer experience planning (working on a FMCG account is a plus).
- Analytical skills to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is must.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok ad manager.
- Creativity to drive innovation in media that resonate with the target audience.
- Team collaboration skills.
- Experience in managing budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals while maximizing ROI.

Role Overview

- In this role, you will be based out of our MENA regional office in Dubai and will be reporting to Connected Experience Manager, MENA.

Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in digital planning and consumer experience planning with 4 years’ experience (working on a FMCG account is a plus).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is must.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok ad manager.
