Role Overview

  • At Arla, we do so much more than make some of the world’s favourite dairy products.
  • We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate inhouse digital team at Arla Foods, MENA.
  • In this role, you will be based out of our MENA regional office in Dubai and will be reporting to Connected Experience Manager, MENA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full funnel media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and programmatic.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable media plans that optimize the end to end journey.
  • Design connected experiences across paid, owned, and influencer channels.
  • Leverage strong media agency background to drive best in class planning, optimization, and platform partnerships.
  • Drive continuous optimization through data, testing, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer behaviour to deliver clear, data driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment across media, creative, content, and e commerce.
  • Apply deep understanding of MENA consumer behaviour (especially KSA & UAE) to shape effective strategies.
  • Lead influencer integration across the funnel, ensuring clear roles and measurable impact.
  • Utilize social listening to generate insights, optimize campaigns, and monitor brand sentiment.

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in digital planning and consumer experience planning with 4 years’ experience (working on a FMCG account is a plus).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is must.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok ad manager.
  • Creativity: The ability to drive innovation in media that resonate with the target audience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaboration with other team members.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals while maximizing ROI.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic is must.
