- Drive various aspects of the organisation's compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organisation development and employee relations processes under broad direction by HR management
- Operate in and be responsible for one or more global processes and perform activities within designated functional area
- Provide input to the global People strategy
- Drive or participate in the development and/or implementation of HR processes, policies and solutions in the relevant functional community
- Drive alignment of operational HR processes and/or solutions
- Provide professional support to designated target groups within the HR community
- Provide advisory or direction to people leaders and employees in the organisation
Requirements
- Extensive relevant work experience (10+ years) combined with vocational or technical education, or a combination of advanced theoretical knowledge (likely a University Degree) and 2 5 years of relevant practical experience
