About the Role
Arla Foods is looking for a Merchandising Supervisor to lead the merchandising team in Doha, ensuring excellent in-store execution and brand visibility. The role involves supervising, training, and motivating merchandisers, as well as route planning and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the merchandising team to ensure excellent in store execution according to Perfect Store Principles
- Motivate, inspire, develop and lead the merchandising team
- Train and follow up to ensure constant learning and development
- Align execution priorities with Sales and Category teams
- Handle merchandisers payroll and vacation follow ups
- Drive POSM usage in alignment with strategic guidelines
- Engage and develop strong relationships with stakeholders at outlet level
- Support promotional events and merchandising activities
- Review merchandisers route planning to ensure optimal set up and drive efficiencies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Merchandising
- Demonstrated strong execution skills related to merchandising
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in route planning and optimization
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

About the Role
- Join the Arla Qatar Sales team and work with skilled colleagues.
- Part of the Sales Leadership Team, securing brand visibility in store according to Arla principles.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership team to ensure alignment on goals.

What will make you successful in this role
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in FMCG Merchandising.
- Demonstrated strong execution skills – directly or indirectly related to merchandising.
- Strong leadership and communications skills.
- A proven track record to drive excellent route planning and optimization.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Good knowledge MS office /Excel & PowerPoint.
