About the Job

  • We are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to work on key Net Revenue Management (NRM) business reporting and analysis.
  • Supporting the UOQ lead for NRM whilst leveraging close working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Category and commercial Finance teams.
  • The NRM team is accountable for improving price realisation, optimising trade spend and promotional effectiveness.

In This Role, You Will

  • Set up NRM strategy and contracting processes across commercial functions to align with targets
  • Build on and populate a suite of NRM specific tools (profit pool, price curves, price ladders, assortment analysis)
  • Establish management information and reporting solutions that provide visibility of progress versus NRM plan and KPIs
  • Support on initiatives that deliver against business, brand and customer targets
  • Support joint value creation conversations with our Customers
  • Support the Senior Managers in market with their priorities and ad hoc projects
  • Train the Arla commercial teams in NRM philosophies, tools and executional tactics
  • Continue to develop and improve the application of NRM principles
  • Contribute to strengthening the foundation of NRM across UAE business

Skillset

  • Proven track record of defining and delivering commercially oriented strategies and projects
  • Strong analytical skills utilizing data from various sources; strong Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint knowledge
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Executive presence and ability to influence critical commercial decisions with senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial experience and financial acumen, understanding of P&L
  • Highly numerate with excellent problem solving skills and growth mindset
  • Able to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
  • Highly independent in thinking and framing problems, combined with strong can do mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional team and senior leaders

Experience You Have

  • 3 5 years in commercial role (Category Management/NRM, sales, finance or similar) with P&L responsibility
  • Knowledge of pricing disciplines and tools (strategic pricing, promo, PPA)
  • Candidates from management consulting background or pricing specialists will also be considered
  • Sector FMCG or Grocery Retail background
  • Graduate from a reputable University
