Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end to end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
- Develop supply chain strategies that improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize inventory performance
- Manage demand planning and S&OP processes to ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production, and supply capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and key internal stakeholders
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team while promoting a high performance culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain experience within FMCG manufacturing
- Significant experience in beverage manufacturing preferred
- Previous experience as Supply Chain Manager, Senior Manager, or Director in manufacturing FMCG company
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia considered a strong advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Able to join immediately or within 30 days
- 6 days per week availability

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end to end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain experience within FMCG manufacturing, with significant experience in beverage manufacturing preferred.
- Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Senior Manager, or Director in a manufacturing FMCG company is essential.
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is considered a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Able to join immediately or within 30 days.
