- Conduct thorough reviews of financial records, operational workflows, and service delivery performance
- Lead special fraud or compliance investigations when necessary
Requirements
- 12 17 years of experience in internal audit
- Experience in the services sector
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate audit activities

Role Overview

- Looking to hire an experienced Internal Audit Manager to independently oversee and add objective value to corporate operations.
- Bring a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Main Tasks
- Audit Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive annual, risk based internal audit plan tailored to the services sector.
- Direct Reporting to the Committee: Prepare and present detailed, objective audit reports, findings, and strategic recommendations directly to the Audit Committee.
- Risk Management Evaluation: Assess organization wide risk exposures and evaluate effectiveness of management's risk mitigation strategies and internal control frameworks.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure business operations align strictly with Saudi Arabian laws, industry regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal policies.
- Operational Audits & Investigations: Conduct thorough reviews of financial records, operational workflows, and service delivery performance, leading special fraud or compliance investigations when necessary.
- Corrective Action Tracking: Monitor and verify the timely implementation of management action plans resolved from past audit findings.
- Team Guidance & External Liaison: Coordinate audit activities smoothly with external auditors, regulatory inspectors, and internal department heads.
