Position Summary
- Oversee complete operations of the private residence and ensure all household functions are managed efficiently.
- Supervise household staff, coordinate hospitality and private events, oversee maintenance and facilities.
- Manage vendors, monitor expenses, and ensure effective coordination of family related requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the private residence and ensure all household functions run smoothly.
- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, organization, service, and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen operations, chefs, service staff, and food preparation standards.
- Coordinate meals, hospitality arrangements, family gatherings, formal hosting, and private events.
- Manage and supervise domestic workers, cleaners, chefs, drivers, gardeners, nannies, and other household support staff.
- Organize staff schedules, duties, attendance, performance, and daily assignments.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance requirements.
- Supervise landscaping, irrigation, garden maintenance, and outdoor facilities.
- Oversee servicing, maintenance, cleaning, registration, and readiness of family vehicles.
- Monitor household bills, utilities, subscriptions, service contracts, and payments.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the family, residence, guests, staff, and private matters.
