A leading real estate development company seeks a Cost Accounting Controller to oversee project cost controls in Riyadh. The role involves tracking costs, managing cost centers, performing variance analysis, verifying subcontractor invoices, and supporting tendering.

Responsibilities
- Collect, record, and track all cost components related to real estate projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses
- Establish, update, and monitor dedicated cost centers for every project and individual work item
- Perform continuous budget versus actual comparisons, analyze variances, and submit actionable financial recommendations to leadership
- Verify and validate all invoices and payment certificates submitted by subcontractors, aligning them strictly with actual project completion percentages
- Assist in preparing bid evaluations, pricing structures, and Bill of Quantities verification
- Prepare and process precise project cost entries, ensuring full reconciliation within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform
- Compile and finalize detailed, comprehensive final cost reports upon the completion and delivery of each project
Requirements
- Highly analytical and experienced in project cost controls
- Experience in real estate development or similar industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Strong knowledge of cost center management and budget vs actual analysis
- Experience in subcontractor payment verification and BOQ pricing

Key Responsibilities
- Project Cost Tracking: Collect, record, and track all cost components related to real estate projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
- Cost Center Management: Establish, update, and monitor dedicated cost centers for every project and individual work item.
- Variance & Financial Control: Perform continuous budget versus actual comparisons ($Budget vs. Actual$), analyze variances, and submit actionable financial recommendations to leadership.
- Subcontractor Payment Verification: Verify and validate all invoices and payment certificates submitted by subcontractors, aligning them strictly with actual project completion percentages.
- Tendering & BOQ Support: Assist in preparing bid evaluations, pricing structures, and Bill of Quantities verification ($BOQ Pricing$).
- System Reconciliations: Prepare and process precise project cost entries, ensuring full reconciliation within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform.
