- Manage and oversee the entire day to day operations, providing concise guidelines and instructions across all corporate departments
- Formulate and execute bi annual and annual business projections, state annual budgets, and explore expansion opportunities
- Evaluate performance targets for branches, analyze monthly financial data, and routinely evaluate market competitors
- Maintain relationships with key representatives of corporate accounts, partnership firms, and financial institutions
- Collaborate with Human Resources to design incentive plans, manage performance appraisals, review organizational structures, and implement succession planning
- Supervise and review client feedback metrics alongside branch leadership to implement strategies targeting highest customer satisfaction
- Foster a coaching environment to drive high utilization of man hours and communicate organizational goals effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior executive in money exchange or financial services
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management abilities
- Experience in team development and succession planning
- Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting
