About the role
- The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for developing and executing end to end supply plans to ensure optimal product availability, inventory health, and customer service levels.
- This role will lead cross functional planning activities across supply planning, production planning, and inventory management, balancing cost, capacity, and service objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Lead the end to end supply planning process across multiple manufacturing sites
- Ensure alignment between demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory strategies
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining high service levels and minimizing costs
- Oversee supply planning for three manufacturing plants
- Support and lead the weekly and monthly supply review processes
- Present global capacity outlook, key risks, and mitigation plan to stakeholders
- Drive decision making through data driven insights and scenario analysis
- Ensure high quality planning master data, including planning parameters and system settings
- Maintain and continuously improve system configuration to ensure reliable planning outputs
- Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes, tools, and data accuracy
- Proactively identify supply risks and constraints (capacity, materials, production)
- Communicate clearly and timely on risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions
