- Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation products and relevant stakeholders within assigned accounts and territories
- Drive business growth within the Ministry of Health (MOH) by developing strategic relationships and supporting implementation of solutions
- Lead engagement with government healthcare institutions and MOH decision makers to expand market presence
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and solution design teams to develop customer opportunities
- Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies
- Achieve agreed annual sales, revenue, and growth targets
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key customers and decision makers
- Manage complex multi account agreements and negotiations
- Convert sales opportunities into profitable business outcomes
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records
- Collaborate across functions to deliver customer solutions and business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with proven track record
- Previous experience in key account management or strategic account development preferred
- Experience in multinational or international organizations advantageous
- Demonstrated success in consultative and solution based selling
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Experience in territory planning, account management, and sales forecasting
- Ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Self motivated, results oriented, and capable of working across cross functional teams

About the Role
- The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by promoting and selling Pharmacy Automation products, solutions, and services across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
- The role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering sustainable business growth through a customer centric approach.
- A key objective is to expand and strengthen the Pharmacy Automation business within the Ministry of Health (MOH) sector.

About You
