About the Role

  • The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by promoting and selling Pharmacy Automation products, solutions, and services across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
  • The role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering sustainable business growth through a customer centric approach.
  • A key objective is to expand and strengthen the Pharmacy Automation business within the Ministry of Health (MOH) sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation product and relevant stakeholders within assigned accounts and territories.
  • Drive business growth within the Ministry of Health (MOH) by developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the successful implementation of Pharmacy Automation solutions.
  • Lead engagement with government healthcare institutions and relevant MOH decision makers to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and solution design teams to develop customer opportunities.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
  • Achieve agreed annual sales, revenue, and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with key customers and decision makers.
  • Manage complex multi account agreements and negotiations.
  • Convert sales opportunities into profitable business outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver customer solutions and business growth.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of consistent performance and career progression.
  • Previous experience in key account management or strategic account development is preferred.
  • Experience working within multinational or international organizations is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution based selling.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Experience in territory planning, account management, and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in a competitive market environment.
  • Self motivated, results oriented, and capable of working effectively across cross functional teams.
