About the Role

  • The Product Specialist will drive sales growth and provide expert clinical support for BD's Specimen Management portfolio.
  • This role is crucial for fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring product adoption, and contributing to improved patient outcomes across Riyadh and the Central region.
  • Location: Riyadh.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
  • Provide ongoing clinical support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, procurement, clinicians).
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross functionally (marketing, technical support, customer service) to enhance customer experience.
  • Represent BD at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific/medical field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy).
  • Previous nursing or laboratory background is highly desirable.
  • 3 5 years of experience in medical device sales, with clinical exposure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market and regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Solid clinical understanding relevant to BD products and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
