Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our e-commerce operations.
You will manage the end-to-end supply process across our fashion and luxury catalogue from supplier coordination and purchase orders to inventory control and inbound tracking; ensuring products are always available and flowing smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order processes such as raising, tracking, and closing POs while ensuring accuracy in quantities, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with suppliers on replenishment, product availability, and onboarding of new SKUs including samples, minimum order quantities, and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment orders proactively to prevent stockouts
- Conduct quality checks on incoming products and resolve any inbound shipment discrepancies in quantities, SKUs, or timelines
- Maintain accurate records across the ERP system and monitor supplier performance against agreed standards
- Carry out basic competitor price checks to support the wider pricing team
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or a related role
- Solid understanding of PO management, replenishment planning, lead time management, and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with the fashion and luxury retail landscape in an e-commerce context
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with ERP systems, Shopify, and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, organised, reliable, and able to work autonomously
