Responsibilities
- Analyze product costs, shipping costs, and profit margins to determine selling prices
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends across relevant product categories
- Review and update pricing across the website to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify underpriced, overpriced, and low margin products and recommend pricing adjustments
- Monitor product and category profitability and support margin improvement initiatives
- Analyze sales performance and customer purchasing behavior to support pricing decisions
- Support promotional campaigns, markdown strategies, and clearance activities
- Review slow moving inventory and recommend pricing actions to improve sell through
- Prepare pricing, margin, and profitability reports for management
- Maintain pricing trackers, competitor reports, and commercial dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, retail operations, merchandising, finance, or e commerce
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working with large volumes of product data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
