- Develop and oversee creative concepts and ensure consistent execution across all channels
- Manage the production and quality of visual content, including photography, video, graphics, and digital assets
- Collaborate with Marketing, E commerce, and Brand teams to deliver effective and engaging campaigns
- Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets brand standards and business needs
- Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team and external creative partners
- Plan and prioritize creative projects to ensure timely delivery and efficient execution
- Stay up to date with industry trends and introduce fresh ideas to strengthen the brand
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within fashion, retail, or e commerce
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in campaigns, branding, digital content, and social media
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant creative tools
