About the Role

  • We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support recruitment, talent sourcing, and daily HR operations across our growing organization.
  • This role is responsible for attracting and hiring strong talent, managing the recruitment process, supporting employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and ensuring day to day HR operations run efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience and the ability to source quality candidates through different hiring channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across different departments
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Use different recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and direct sourcing
  • Support local and international recruitment when required
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate professionally with candidates
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and probation follow ups
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  • Follow up with employees on HR related matters and company policies
  • Prepare recruitment and HR reports for management
  • Improve recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and HR processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment
  • Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time
  • Experience using different hiring channels and job platforms
  • Good understanding of HR administration, onboarding, employee records, and documentation
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience recruiting in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage
  • Experience with international recruitment is an advantage
  • Available to join immediately
