Responsibilities
- Maintain daily shipment trackers for sea freight, air freight, and express courier shipments
- Update shipment status, ETD, ETA, and delivery progress as instructed
- Organize customs and shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and airway bills
- Coordinate with courier companies such as Aramex and FedEx for bookings, tracking, and follow ups
- Support basic courier invoice checking and shipment record updates
- Log incoming returns and support the store team with basic return condition checks
- Maintain organized digital records for shipping, courier, and logistics documents
- Support daily order fulfillment and other e commerce operations tasks when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in logistics, courier operations, fulfillment, or e commerce
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Arabic is a plus
- Detail oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Fast learner with ability to adapt quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

About the Role
- We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our operations team with shipment tracking, courier coordination, document organization, and daily e commerce fulfillment across Qatar and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily shipment trackers for sea freight, air freight, and express courier shipments
