Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and dashboards
- Maintain the Executive Inventory Dashboard with accurate KPIs
- Analyze inventory performance, stock movement, and inventory trends
- Monitor inventory turnover, sell through rates, stock aging, and inventory health
- Prepare reports for Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Website, and Management
- Build and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Validate inventory data and ensure reporting accuracy before distribution
- Identify slow moving, dead stock, overstock, and low stock items
- Support demand planning and replenishment decisions through inventory analysis
- Produce product, category, and brand performance reports
- Work closely with the inventory team to improve data quality and reporting processes
- Continuously improve reporting automation and dashboard efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, inventory analysis, supply chain, finance, or similar analytical role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, charts, and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Currently based in Qatar

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly analytical and detail oriented Inventory Reporting & Analytics Coordinator to join our team in Doha.
- This role is responsible for transforming inventory data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- This is not a warehouse operations role—it is a reporting and analytics position focused on inventory performance, KPIs, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and dashboards.
- Maintain the Executive Inventory Dashboard with accurate KPIs.
- Analyze inventory performance, stock movement, and inventory trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, inventory analysis, supply chain, finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience preparing professional reports and dashboards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets and present meaningful insights.
- Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Experience in retail, e commerce, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is an advantage.
- Currently based in Qatar.
