About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Security Officers across the marina, beach club, and beach areas
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, boats, yachts, and company assets
- Conduct regular patrols of the marina docks, beach areas, parking spaces, guest facilities, and public access points
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and security equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, guest complaints, accidents, disturbances, or suspicious activities
- Prepare detailed incidents, accidents, and occurrence reports
- Ensure proper crowd control during events, peak periods, and special occasions
- Coordinate with Lifeguards, Operations, Engineering, and local authorities when required
- Enforce company policies, marina regulations, beach safety rules, and security procedures
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure effective handover between shifts
- Train, guide, and mentor Security Officers to maintain high standards of professionalism and guest service
- Assist in investigations related to theft, property damage, lost & found, or guest incidents
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Security Supervisor role, preferably within hospitality, beach clubs, resorts, marinas, or leisure facilities
- Valid security certification/license as required by local authorities
- Knowledge of marina and beach operations is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and security procedures
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
