About the Role

- Assist the Chef de Partie in running the assigned kitchen section
- Prepare mise en place and ensure readiness for service
- Step in to manage the section in the absence of the Chef de Partie
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and minimizing wastage
- Follow FIFO procedures

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in running the assigned kitchen section

- Work closely with Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute to team efficiency
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and minimizing wastage
