Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service
- Lead, motivate, and support the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor service standards, grooming, and operational procedures
- Ensure seamless communication between the kitchen, bar, and service teams
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Support the management team in achieving operational and financial targets
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor opening and closing procedures
- Uphold TAPASAKE's luxury hospitality standards at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisor role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle venue
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to lead by example and inspire the team
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
