- Build strong relationships with guests through exceptional service
- Maintain extensive product knowledge

- Ensure luxury service standards are maintained throughout service
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sommelier
- Luxury hospitality or fine dining experience
- WSET qualification preferred
- Knowledge of sake is advantageous
- Experience pairing wines with Japanese cuisine preferred
- Passion for wine and guest engagement
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Key Responsibilities
