- Lead a high performing bar team in a fast paced luxury lifestyle venue
- Create memorable guest experiences through exceptional cocktail craftsmanship and engaging service
- Develop innovative seasonal and signature cocktails aligned with the TAPASAKE concept
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and luxury service standards
- Drive beverage sales through premium recommendations and upselling
- Coach and mentor bartenders to deliver world class hospitality
- Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and beverage cost targets
- Collaborate with restaurant management to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards
- Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture
Requirements
- 4 6 years in premium bars, beach clubs, rooftop venues, or luxury lifestyle destinations
- Previous experience leading bar teams in high volume environments
- Passion for mixology and premium spirits
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Confident engaging with VIP and international guests
- Commercially aware with experience driving beverage revenue
- Thrives in energetic, guest focused environments
