Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the front of house team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with TAPASAKE's luxury service standards
- Ensure smooth coordination between the restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Monitor service standards, grooming, and operational procedures
- Support scheduling, staffing, and labour productivity
- Drive food and beverage revenue through upselling and guest engagement
- Assist with inventory control and operational cost management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in luxury hospitality
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience in high volume lifestyle restaurants, beach clubs, or luxury dining concepts
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
- Commercially aware with experience driving revenue
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
