Position Overview

Logistics and Operations

• Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and operational activities.
• Allocate employee tasks and ensure work follows schedules and company procedures.
• Monitor loading, unloading, storage, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Ensure goods and materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment, vehicles, and operational resources and report maintenance requirements.

People and Coordination

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, logistics executives, customers, and other departments.
• Train and guide new employees on company procedures and workplace practices.
• Coordinate with management to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Reporting and Customer Service

• Track operational progress and prepare reports for management.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
• Resolve customer and delivery-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, deliveries, staff activities, and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, or supervisory roles.
• Previous experience managing teams in a logistics environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse, delivery, and transportation operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic logistics or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of UAE workplace and logistics procedures is an advantage.
