Role Overview
Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to join its operations team in Dubai.
The role coordinates shipments, transportation schedules, delivery activities, and logistics documentation to support smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics, shipment, transportation, and delivery activities.
- Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, customers, and transport partners.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and management.
- Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, shipping documents, and logistics records.
- Verify shipment quantities, delivery details, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, collection, and delivery operations.
- Monitor delays, discrepancies, and transportation issues and arrange suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of shipments, vehicle movements, delivery schedules, and logistics activities.
- Assist with transportation cost monitoring and operational efficiency improvements.
- Ensure logistics activities follow company procedures and applicable UAE regulations.
- Prepare logistics reports and support inventory and warehouse teams when needed.
