Role Requirements

• Strong exposure to design-build or contractor environments rather than consultancy-only work.
• Experience managing multiple projects, allocating resources, prioritizing work, and managing design risks.
• Practical understanding of constructability, sequencing, and cost implications of design decisions.
• Experience with large-scale, complex, fast-track, or important projects.
• Deep knowledge of concrete and precast design for substructural and superstructural applications.
• Ability to challenge consultants and propose alternative solutions that meet project objectives.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination experience; hands-on BIM coordination is a plus.
• Experience interfacing with clients, consultants, and authorities and defending design decisions.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as design authority and independently lead design decisions on major projects.
• Manage multiple projects and design risks while allocating resources and setting priorities.
• Apply constructability, sequencing, and cost considerations to structural design decisions.
• Lead concrete and precast design for substructural and superstructural elements.
• Challenge consultant solutions, coordinate disciplines, and propose alternatives aligned with project objectives.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and authorities and negotiate design solutions.
